Regione Liguria (Italy)
Remo Rimotti took a degree in Physics in
1980 at the Genova University and started working in the ICT field
for important companies in the towns of Ivrea, Milano and Genova.
From 1983 he worked for the Liguria regional authority and he
was in charge with information systems in the training, guidance
and employment fields. In 1989 he was entrusted with the task
of Director with the qualification of EDP analyst. He had different
institutional roles such as the management of the review “Liguria
Lavoro on-line” of the Liguria Regional Council. It was
a weekly publication of 120 pages focused on employment and training
opportunities and financed by the ESF. It was distributed free
of charge to 10.000 users and it also had an on-line version in
Internet and Teletext. He was also the manager of the communication
programme of the operational regional programme of Liguria (ESF
– objective 3), he was the contact person for the Liguria
National Information System for Employment, he was member of the
organisation committee of the Formula training, employment and
guidance fair, for the editions 2002, 2003 and 2004. He was in
charge with carrying out different procedures for the informatisation
of the offices, the development of databases for the management
and indexing of websites, the job-offers and demands matching
and different applications for the management of work in cooperation
with workflow management techniques.
Claudio Cassinelli was qualified as a welfare
officer in 1971. From 1971 to 1974 he worked as a welfare officer
for a national public body (I.S.S.Ca.L.) in a public housing district
in Genova. From 1975 he worked for the Health Councillorship of
the Liguria regional authority. He is the person in charge with
the programmes of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of
drug additions. From 1978 he is also the person in charge with
implement programmes of the psychiatric reform (Law 180/78) and
he actively takes part in the building of the regional health
service (Law 833/78). In 1986 he moved to the Vocational Training
and Employment Councillorship of the Liguria regional authority
and he has been in charge with vocational guidance services. He
takes part in he project planning and building of a multi-task
regional system of management and dissemination of information
addressed to guidance practitioners and users in the educational,
training and employment fields. He is the project manager of many
activities in the guidance and employment centres field.
Since 2002 he is registered in the section
“A” of the Roll of Welfare Officers as a specialist
welfare officer, according to the Law D.P.R. n.328/2001, art.20.
He lives and works in Genova.
Guido Canavese
Aster (Italy)
Marina Silverii is the responsible
of the Unit Risorse per l’Orientamento e il Lavoro of ASTER.
Responsible of the coordination of Italian National Resource Centre
for Guidance promoted by the Italian Ministry of Labour from 1993
to 2003. Expertise on mobility in Europe, European guidance and
training systems, information treatment and supply. She is author
of several publications on the subject of technologies in guidance
and she has been developing experiences in the above mentioned
themes for twelve years.
Cristina Cogoi has been working
for Unit Risorse per l’Orientamento e il Lavoro of ASTER
since 1998. She is in charge with the project planning, coordination
and research of activities in the career guidance and labour fields
both within national and transnational projects. In particular,
she is dealing with projects focused on adult, ICT based guidance
and mobility and she published some contributions in these fields.
Previously, she has been working for the University-Enterprise
Foundation in Madrid (Spain) and for the Provincial Authority
- Employment Unit - in Bologna (Italy).
Rosanna Gadaleta works at the
Unit Risorse per l’Orientamento e il Lavoro of ASTER, has
expertise in web sites and data base designing. She has mainly
worked in the following project fields: ICT in guidance, mobility
throughout Europe and technical assistance to public authorities.
Antonella Tajani works at the
Unit Risorse per l’Orientamento e il Lavoro of ASTER, is
particularly involved in ICT in guidance and mobility throughout
Europe projects as well as in a wide range of activities aiming
to facilitate the exchange of information about study, training
and work at a European level.
Université de Lyon - Centre d´Information
Internationale (France)
Elisabeth Persoud, master in political
Sciences IEP Paris, senior project manager at Cité des
Métiers in Paris on vocational education, carrying on surveys
on the changes in professional activities. Then senior project
manager on mobility projects within Leonardo at the French Leonardo
and Socrates Agency. Since 2001, senior project manager on European
issues at the International Information Center, service of Lyon
University.
Elisabeth Gros, master in guidance
counselling, guidance counsellor for 15 years within guidance
services depending on the Ministry of Education. Since 1998, international
adviser at the International Information Center, service of Lyon
University and member of the Euroguidance network for France.
This service is entirely dedicated to international mobility in
both ways, to welcome foreign students and to send French students
abroad. Manager of this service since 2001.Commitment as partner
or project leader in a number of European projects within Leonardo,
Eurostage, Estia, Transit, Guidenet..all dealing with international
mobility of guidance in Europe.
Careers Europe (United Kingdom)
Cecile Besrest-Butler, has been
working for Careers Europe since September 2003. As Project
Leader, Cecile has been in charge of the UK part of several
transnational projects. Additionally she has written lesson
plans to enable teachers to use Careers Europe’s CD-rom
‘Exodus’ (that gives extensive information of opportunities
within Europe and beyond) with school children. Cecile has given
presentations on employment and education opportunities, both
in the UK and overseas, to various audiences as well as attending
numerous conferences. During her time at Careers Europe Cecile
has hosted many transnational meetings and made study visits
to National Resource Centres for Vocational Guidance within
Europe. Cecile has also been in charge of overseas placements
in the Bradford area whilst updating and researching information
regarding opportunities in Europe and other popular destinations.
Originally trained as a secondary school
teacher of modern foreign languages, Cecile has a 2:1 Honours
Degree in French and Psychology from Aston University and a
PGCE in French from the University of Leeds. She has French,
British and Canadian nationality and is fluent in French. Cecile
has taught languages, French, German and English in both England
and France, in the secondary education sector and was Second
in the Modern Foreign Languages Department during her last teaching
post.
Mick Carey, originally trained
as a Biology teacher. In 1978 he joined the Careers Service
in Bradford and has worked in guidance ever since. He has worked
as a general guidance counsellor in schools and in a number
of specialist roles, including working with long-term unemployed
clients, high ability clients and as a development officer.
In 1992 he joined Careers Europe, the UK Euroguidance centre
and has been manager of the centre since 1995. In his current
role he has also taken part in and managed a number of transnational
pilot projects in guidance
Phil Williams is a qualified
guidance counsellor and has worked at Careers Europe for 10
years. Careers Europe is the UK Euro Guidance centre. Careers
Europe supports guidance organisations across the UK on European\international
issues by providing information, training and a helpline. His
main role at Careers Europe is to liase with organisations across
the UK to ensure that the services provided by Careers Europe
are suitable for their needs. Also partner or project coordinator
in a number of Leonardo projects eg Academia, Guidance Merger
Total Counselling.
Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Germany)
Ramiro Javier Vera-Fluixa, MA
in International Relations (actually PhD), is university adviser
for graduates within the network "European Service"
at the Central Placement Office in Germany, and member of NRCVG/Euroguidance.
He specially supports the utilisation of communication technologies
in the vocational guidance practice. He makes also vocational
guidance at the German Schools in Italy and oversee. From 1995
to 2001 he was junior fellow at the Centre for European Integration
Studies (Bonn) where he initiates cooperation programs between
universities and research institutes in Europe and South America.
He has authored articles and papers on regional integration
processes (EU and Mercosur), federalism and globalization.
Katja Kannwischer, MA in sociology,
diploma in public administration
is working as vocational advisor for the European Service at
the
Central Placement Office Germany. Since 1999 she has been working
in
different positions for the German Federal Employment Agency
and has
experience as a placement officer and advisor for educational
and in-company training on a national level. She is the author
of a publication adressing the effect of migration pressure
in specific countries on worldwide population development based
on a empirical analysis.
Centro Studi Pluriversum (Italy)
Giulio Iannis, master in Quality
of Education, is a qualified guidance counsellor for 10 years
and has worked as coordinator in a number of innovative projects
to develop guidance and employment services in Italy. Since 1998,
chief director at Centro Studi Pluriversum, in charge to plan
new services and to improve the quality standards. Partner in
a number of European projects, vice-president of ASSIPRO, the
Italian association of guidance counsellors, and trainer of guidance
counsellors and advisors.
Monica Serrotti, psychologist,
is a qualified counsellor. Since 2000 she works in collaboration
with Centro Studi Pluriversum. as a coordinator, she manages
projects for Primary and Secondary Schools and activities of
orientation for the employement services. She is a specialist
in counselling.
Marlène Magnani, has
a degree in Psychology, school and vocational guidance counsellor.
She has matured experience mainly at the employment centre of
Ravenna and Grosseto. She has been involved in various projects
for higher schools as school guidance counsellor since 2005
she has been working for Pluriversum.
Università di Padova - Task Force
in Guidance of the Coimbra Group (Italy)
Gilda Rota is director of the
Career Service of Padua University- Italy. She is Chairperson
of the Career Guidance Working Party within the EPET of the Coimbra
Group. She is employment counsellor and has experience in development
and preparation of various project concerning the co-operation
between vocational education and labour market. She is the head
of the “Local labor market observatory” of the university
of Padua, wich analise and forecast the needs for professional
qualification and ability. She is co-authored of many publications
concerning professions and competences analysis.
Luigi Fabbris is a full professor
in Social Statistics at the Statistics Faculty, the University
of Padua. He teaches also Survey Methodology. Research consultant
of Italian and international statistical institutes and of companies
and public bodies. Member of the scientific board of several Italian
and international scientific journals.
Authored, or co-authored, more than 260 scientific publications,
among which more than 30 books. Main areas of interest are: data
quality evaluation, sample survey designing, case-control methodology,
multivariate analysis. Content areas: handicap aetiology, health/uneasiness
and the family, conditions of women at work, professions and competences
analysis, service evaluation, agricultural-social surveys.

Irena Mazek – MA in psychology,

in Vocational Counselling Division in the Labour Market Department

the Department is to supervise the activity of the job clubs.
